Accomplishments-noun
1. an act or instance of carrying into effect; fulfillment: the accomplishment of our desires.
2. something done admirably or creditably.
3. anything accomplished; deed; achievement; a career measured in a series of small accomplishments.
As an individual and as an athlete it is important to set goals. When those goals are achieved they become accomplishments. As you can see from the definition above a career is measured in a series of small accomplishments. Thats what we are aiming for, the achievement of our goals. R.N.R athletes set the bar high and this page is dedicated to the accomplishments.
